TEAM is dedicated to assisting union contractors and the building
trade unions to work together on projects of mutual interest to promote
the construction industry in Champaign County.

TEAM recognizes the importance of inclusion and ownership in
decisions and objectives that can affect the construction industry as a
whole. This encompasses not only our union contractors and
building trade unions, but the local community, local government
leaders, developers, architects, students, parents, public schools,
minorities and professional associations.

TEAM promotes the construction industry with realistic objectives and
project goals that will achieve positive results. Each achievement
is centered on producing a positive atmosphere for development and
construction in our area.
